It's apparent that organic food is going to be more sought after than just about any product on the market. Unless you have means of retaining that quality, though, it's going to diminish. The problem here is that when this particular aspect drops, it's apparent that any kind of nutrients within them are going to fade and will not be good to eat. You're going to want to take time into account so that you don't lose the properties which make them healthful.
